File Security & Data Handling
Last updated: July 2026
How client files are handled privately — without overpromising.
Policy draft notice
This page is an operational policy draft for client transparency before public launch. It is not legal advice. It has not been reviewed by outside counsel unless separately stated in writing. Policies may change before launch.
Plain-English summary
Your files are handled for private review and delivery — not published publicly. Access to the portal and deliverables uses authenticated sessions. No security method is perfect; keep your own backups.
Private handling
Files you upload or link for a commission are used to fulfill your request and operate your Client Portal workspace. We do not intend to expose your files via public links.
Portal access
Clients sign in with a one-time magic link sent to their email. Do not forward magic links to untrusted parties. Sign out on shared devices when finished.
Deliverable downloads
Preview and final deliverables are made available through protected portal access — not open public URLs. Download links are intended for the signed-in client associated with the order.
Internal review
Authorized internal operators and admins may access your materials to review scope, produce deliverables, and maintain audit records. Access is limited to operational need.
What you should not upload
Do not upload passwords, API secrets, or credentials in plain text. Do not upload illegal content. Avoid highly regulated personal data (for example full payment card numbers or health records) unless we explicitly agree in writing that we can handle it for your project.
No perfect security claim
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to our stage. No online transmission or storage system is 100% secure. You should maintain independent backups of your source data.
